If you don’t have an internet connection during window 11 installation, you will receive a message “Oops, you’ve lost internet connection” or “Let’s connect you to a network”. You will have no options to move forward with the windows 11 installation without an internet connection.
Use the “Shift + F10” keyboard shortcut to bring up the command prompt.
In Command Prompt, type the OOBE\BYPASSNRO command to bypass network requirements on Windows 11 and press Enter.
The computer will restart and windows 11 installation will begin again. Continue until you reach the network section. You will find a new option “I don’t have internet”.
Click “Continue with limited setup” option.
